The Texas Rose Festival Association
is thrilled to announce the 2014 Queen,
Miss Kathryn Elizabeth Peltier!

Queen Kathryn's court will include
Duchess of the Texas Rose Festival Miss Kathleen Sinclair Bertram,
and twelve Ladies-in-Waiting who represent the City of Tyler.

Seven young Attendants have also been chosen
from Tyler families for the 2014 court.
